Otonom aims to create a truly decentralized and autonomous structure, embodying the core philosophy of blockchain technology. Our vision is to establish a self-sufficient system where all participants are owners/shareholders, free from domination by any single entity or group of capital-rich individuals. To achieve this, we're working towards implementing a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) structure. The AI Startup School is a cornerstone of Project Otonom, offering a comprehensive 6-week training program (18 hours total, 3 hours per week) designed for tech entrepreneurs. Here's what you need to know:

Purpose: We bridge the gap between technical expertise and the skills needed to lead and scale a high-tech company.

Curriculum: The program uses a systematic approach, incorporating US experiences and an extensive case study of Apple, Inc. (the "Apple Deep Dive").

Hands-on Learning: Participants apply learnings directly to their own projects, receiving instant feedback. Those without projects can contribute to Otonom itself.

Moreover, selected entrepreneurs will receive the 6-week AI Startup School training free of charge.
